As a private individual operating this site, I cannot be held liable for any issues, damages, or problems arising from your use of this experimental service.
AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS
I operate the website https://goodfit.be/ (the "Site"), as a personal, experimental project.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and the private individual maintaining GoodFit, concerning your access to and use of this experimental website. You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
I may provide you with prior notice of any scheduled changes to the Site. The modified Terms will become effective upon posting or notifying you by [email protected]. By continuing to use the Site after the effective date of any changes, you agree to be bound by the modified terms.

GoodFit is operated by a private individual as a personal, experimental project. I cannot and do not guarantee the availability, functionality, accuracy, or reliability of this service. By using this website, you expressly agree that you are using it at your own risk, and you accept that I, as a private individual, cannot be held liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of this experimental service.
2. EXPERIMENTAL NATURE
This service is currently in an experimental phase and is maintained by a private individual, not a company. As such, there are significant limitations in functionality, reliability, and availability. By using this service, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with an experimental platform, including but not limited to: service interruptions, data loss, security vulnerabilities, feature changes, or complete termination of the service without notice. You should not rely on this platform for any critical personal or business needs. Your use of the service indicates your understanding of these risks and your agreement to hold the creator harmless for any and all issues arising from the experimental status of the service.

I may remove or edit your Content: Although I have no obligation to monitor any Contributions, I shall have the right to remove or edit any Contributions at any time without notice if in my reasonable opinion I consider such Contributions harmful or in breach of these Terms. If I remove or edit any such Contributions, I may also suspend or disable your account and report you to the authorities.
4. USER REPRESENTATIONS

5. USER REGISTRATION
You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. I reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if I determine, in my sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
6. MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and me. My failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. I may assign any or all of my rights and obligations to others at any time. I shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to act caused by any cause beyond my reasonable control. If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
